What to check before you email us.

Update the app

Make sure you are on the latest Android build before reporting an issue. That rules out already-fixed beta bugs quickly.

Restart and retry

Close the app fully, reopen it, and try the exact same action again. If the problem repeats, note the steps in order.

Capture the context

Include your Android version, device model, and what you were doing just before the issue appeared. That usually saves a full back-and-forth.

How do I get help with beta access?

Does Hasten sync my notes to the cloud?

No. The core capture, sort, and review loop is designed to stay on your device. For the current privacy position, see the policy page.

How do I export or delete my data?

Hasten includes local export and local deletion controls inside the app. If something about that flow is unclear or not working, email support and describe what you are seeing.

Where should I report a bug?

Send bug reports to [email protected]. Include your device, Android version, and the steps needed to reproduce the problem.

Where should I report a security issue?

Use [email protected] for anything involving vulnerabilities, privacy risk, or possible data exposure.
