Features

Everything designed to
get out of your way.

Six features. Each one exists to reduce friction, not add it.

01 — Capture

Text, voice, and share.
However the thought arrives.

Hasten is trying to beat notes apps, self-DMs, paper scraps, and "I'll remember later." Whatever moment you're in — walking, between meetings, lying in bed — there's a capture mode for it. No structure required up front.

02 — Planner

Now, Queue, and History.
Active work stays small.

Active work stays intentionally small so your Now list stays trustworthy. Waiting work stays searchable and ranked in the Queue. Finished items leave the active field of view and live in History — out of the way but not gone.

03 — Review

One item at a time.
Low-fatigue decisions.

Instead of scrolling a mountain of maybe-important stuff, the review ritual shows you one item at a time. You make a simple decision — promote, defer, or archive — and move on. Visible progress through the queue so it never feels endless.

04 — Clusters

Related thoughts grouped.
No manual filing.

Hasten automatically groups related items into clusters so patterns surface without you having to create folders. Link an item to a cluster in seconds. The app does the organisation; you do the thinking.

05 — Item Detail

Correct the app when
it gets something wrong.

Good capture tools don't pretend the app always gets it right. Raw text, metadata, notes, and status all stay editable in the item detail view. You're always in control of what an item means and where it goes.

06 — Ownership

Your data never leaves
your phone.

No account required. No cloud sync. The entire capture, sort, and review loop works entirely on-device. Local export and full local delete give the privacy promise real teeth — not just a line in the policy.
